My hubby loves pancakes, plain simple ones. After trying several times, finally pull off with this great recipe!
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour (sifted)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter (or veg oil)
- 2 caster sugar (table spoon of, or melted brown sugar)
- 1 egg

Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix till the platter is smooth.
- Heat pan with butter and spoon platter into the pan.
- Once bubbles appear, flip over for a minute.
- Served with whipped cream honey and extra butter to your liking.
