    tasty, but sauce was not super flavorful and i waited too long to get everything in the broiler, so it was cold when the tops were brown. i added a fried egg and it was a great addition.

    It was okay but paying $9 just for a small piece of cheese for a fancy grilled ham and cheese sandwich was NOT something I'll be doing again.

    I modified this recipe and turned it into an open face sandwich. so simple and delicious. next time I'll add some crispy bacon much like the hot brown sandwich.

    Good flavor but too much cheese it says to slice cheese for the inside mine were to thick and didn't really melt I would half the amount of cheese inside and just use grated since it melts better

    Turned out delicious!! I just added a bit of salt and pepper to the bechamel sauce. When i do it again i will do half the bechamel sauce cause it turned put to be a lot for 2 croques
