- 14 oz. diced tomatoes (drained if you want a tomato based stew)
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. thyme (to taste... this is a little much for some)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Very good with the addition of some flour at the end that made it more stew-like than soup-like. Add spices for flavor.

simple, easy, no crazy ingrediants. i did add sweet potatoes and rainbow carrots, as well as whole breasts only because i hate cutting and touching raw chicken.
