- 1 1/4 cups raw cane sugar

- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups self rising flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 7 oz. dark chocolate (60% cacao chips are my favorite)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
