Cooked fresh caught Haddock it was good, do need to cut back on the red pepper, add a touch more salt and bkack pepper, but a very easy recipe with a very good outcome.

nice and simple. could substitute real garlic and onion for the powders recommended here.

This turned out very well although a litle bit too salty. My husband loved ot and he is very picky! Next time i'll half the salt and maybe the cayene pepper.
