Seemed a little thin so I added a can of black beans mashed to it. Also wanted soup to be a little heartier so, not being vegans I added some smoked sausage . I didn’t have nutritional yeast so I added fresh Parmesan with avocado. With those modifications it went over very well and was definitely filling.

This came out great. I used canned black beans instead of dried ones because I had them on hand. Skipped the yeast and used mozzarella cheese as a topping with the avocado and added some chopped up chicken breast.. Other than that followed the recipe and ended up with a great hearty soup for the winter. Plan on using this recipe again in the near future.
