Description
This banana cake recipie is an easy way to quickly put something delicious on the table for guests!

- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 50 grams butter (melted)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup milk
- mashed banana (as much, as you want)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180c/160c fan-forced. line bace and sides with baking paper, and extend 3cm above the rim.
- Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Make a well in the centre. Add butter, egg, vanilla, milk and banana. Stir until just combined.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Set aside in pan for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Serve warm or transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

what do you guys think of the recipie? could it be modified and how? please only rate if you have make the recipie. If you have any questions please tell me. This is a really good recipie if you have those brown bananas that none wants and is really simple and easy. HAVE FUN!!!!! ;)
