Second time making this bread satisfied with both results. My children love this bread peanut butter and jelly turkey sandwich whatever they love it I love it I love the fact that I don’t have to buy bread. It usually last about one week because and that’s because We have six children❤️

Very very good and highly recommended. It is everything it promises: simple, slightly sweet, home style white bread. If that is what you want, you want this bread.

Best dang bread I've ever made. It was like the fluffy yeast rolls that they serve at buffet restaurants. Mine tripled in height when rising the last time. I did put them in a warm oven to proof, so that may have helped in the rising part.

It turned out well, soft inside and crunchy outside. It has a simple flavor but I like it
    Delicious. Wonderful for sandwiches.

The recipe is easy to follow. I use less salt as a personal preference. The recipe lists 1/2 cup butter but only directs use of 1/4 cup butter in the dough plus 1 Tablespoon to coat the dough. The bread is light, evenly perforated and soft. It tastes great and makes nice thick slices. It toasts easily and freezes well.
