- 80 grams white flour (plain)
- 75 grams ground almonds (I ground my own for a fresher flavour)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 large eggs (I used duck eggs)
- 1 jar mincemeat (8 tbsp - I used my homemade chocolate mincemeat)
- 2 Tbsp. amaretto
- 200 grams marzipan
- 150 grams milk chocolate (finely chopped)
- 100 grams dark chocolate (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. amaretto
- 20 grams cocoa powder
