- 2 ears corn (Roasted, or about 1 cup frozen This recipe uses Silver Queen, though any corn can reasonably substituted.)
- 1 zucchini (Small, sliced into thin rounds)
- 1 cup heavy cream (Half and Half, or Milk)
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese (Optional. May use more or less depending on desired taste)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (Fresh)
