  • 3/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup self rising flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 1/4 cup custard powder (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 3 1/2 ounces white chocolate (melted)
  • silver (dragées, to decorate)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
    2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and custard powder. Add milk and mix until just combined. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick then cut out cookies using a 2 1/2 inch bell-shaped cookie cutter. Transfer to prepared trays and bake for 12-15 mins, or until bottoms are light golden brown. Let cool on trays.
    3. Pipe chocolate around edges then arrange silver dragées over chocolate. Let set.
