Delicious! I made this twice. This time I added one square unsweetened chocolate and a few tablespoons of espresso chips.

It turned out really runny even after extending the cook time.. I'll try a different recipe next time.

Easy to make with minimal ingredients. That’s just why using god quality chocolate is imperative

Had I known that making my own pudding would be this easy and delicious, I would've stopped buying boxes of instant pudding years ago. I used a 4oz bar of Ghirardelli 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate and added 1/4 tsp espresso powder. I also used 2 1/2 c whole milk and 1/2 c heavy cream. It set beautifully within a few hours in the fridge. Will definitely make this again whenever I get a craving for pudding.

Did not have the full amount of cornstarch so used 3 eggs and 1/8 cup Wondra flour for thickening. Added 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon. It came out amazing! Will make again

I loved it! I just think I may have put too much chocolate, but overall really delicious. I also saw in the comment someone put a dash of cinnamon and it’s definitely a game changer!
