- 80 grams white sugar (little less than 1/2 cup)
- 3 large egg whites (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 Orange
- candied cherries (or almond halves to decorate)
- 1 apple (chopped)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. golden raisins (sugar free)
- 90 grams almond meal
- 3 drops almond extract
- almond (halves for decoration, optional)
