Family loved it! Given that the risotto is a cheese one, I would strongly suggest being generous with the meat inside to add contrast, but do as you will.

Amazing!! I make double batches every time and freeze half of it. Then one night when I'm too lazy to cook, I just pop them directly from the freezer into the fryer.
