Awesome and easy. We added a little goat cheese at the end which was the perfect touch

Very easy. Nice for a Saturday night when you don’t want to go out yet not spend hours in the kitchen. Will definitely make again.

My family likes this recipe. I took it easy on the cayenne and red chilli flakes so the rest of my fam could enjoy without the tears or melting faces. (Which is opposite my natural instinct.) I used raw spinach right out the bag. It cooks down fast, so you have to use a lot. My wife said it was just right. My wife went extra heavy on the lemon but I liked it like that. Tasted very fresh and clean.
