This was absolutely amazing. Everyone went back for seconds - even the picky eaters in the family. Instead of rice we used Lo Mein noodles and I added a can of drained baby corn and a half a bag of fresh sliced carrots to the colorful (red/yellow/orange) bell pepper and broccoli mixture. The sauce was incredible too. We like sesame sauce around here so I added an extra teaspoon of that along with a few more squirts from the bottle of soy sauce. The recipe asks for a TON of garlic too but I used 2x heaping tablespoons of the pre-minced garlic in a jar and it was perfect. Plenty garlicky, super delicious, and WAY more fresh and flavorful than ordering from the local Chinese delivery/carry-out restaurant. We will make this one again for sure!!
