With the mushrooms and shrimp cooked low and slow this dish offers both a crispy and soft element. Perfect for dinner party this American dish can be enjoyed on many special occasions. This can be served as an appetizer or even a side.

  • 4 mushrooms (large)
  • 8 shrimp (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (diced)
  • fresh parsley (diced)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    2. Remove the mushrooms’ stems and wash well to remove any grit.
    3. Separately, marinate the chopped shrimp for 20 minutes in a mixture of diced garlic and parsley.
    4. Stuff the mushrooms with the shrimp mixture. Place them on a baking tray and drizzle with oil and salt to taste. Bake 15 minutes.
