My take: cooked macaroni in old bay seasoning. Added raw frozen shrimp 5 mins before done. Added peas 2 mins before done. For veggies, shredded carrots, celery, onion. For dressing, Mayo, lemon juice ( no shrimp juice), celery seed, pepper, 1 Tbsp sugar, 3/4 Tbsp mustard, 2 tsp sweet relish.

Using the drained "shrimp water" in the mayo sauce caused it to taste unpleasantly fishy. If I make it again, I'll skip this.
