delicious, i subbed a quarter cup of tomato sauce instead of tomatoes, and turkey smoked kielbasa for the andouille sausage

Fantastic dish! We added scallops, used old bay instead of cajun seasoning, and deglazed the pan with white wine after cooking the veggies until soft. Delish!!!
