Used sriracha instead of chili paste because that’s what I had on hand. Nice flavor. Rainy day, so, instead of grilling, oven- baked @ 350 for 10 minutes, then broiled for a minute. Worked out well.

Great side dish. I wasn't able to use the chile paste this time, but i will next. Instead I used chile powder it was delicious, light & citrusy.
