This recipe was super easy to follow. It was also easy to change up a bit to my preferences without messing with the overall result. I am sharing the recipe with friend!

This was an amazing dish! My husband fell in love with it. He said this dish would occasionally replace his taco Tuesday. My husband loves and looks forward to his taco Tuesday, so this is a huge compliment from him. LOL! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. I was able to add it to mine.

Really good. The spice profile was spot on. Used a cqn of Ro-tel tomatoes and omitted the tabasco. Used a garluc smoked sausage but added it at the end with the shrimp. Not the first time I’ve made jambalaya, but I would definitely nake this particular recipe again.

I like this recipe. everything but the rice didn't get done as instructed. I think to cook it separately then add would have done better for me.

This was very flavorful and surprisingly hearty for a healthy version. I used white rice, which cut down the simmering time from 55 minutes to around 27.
