The taste is great! I only took off a star because of how long this takes to make!

This gumbo was scrumptious! I only made a couple changes due to what was available on hand. I didn't have fresh parsley, so I used dehydrated parsley. I had fresh okra instead of frozen. Also, I put in 3 lbs of medium sized shrimp, and 1 1/2 lbs of Andouille sausage. I added some Tony's seasoning, and I used peanut oil instead of vegetable oil. I had made a gumbo not too long ago that did not have tomatoes or okra, and I thought it was good, but this gumbo has a lot more depth of flavor, and it was just amazing. My daughters (6 yo) both gobbled it up, and my husband loved it too.
