- 1/2 cup pasta (reserved, cooking water)
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (chopped)

Excellent pasta dish! Family is not big on shrimp so used mild Italian sausage instead. Also used Jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese in place of Pepper Jack.

Pretty spicy, use less essence next time maybe just on shrimp confusing on how much cream and how much served
