This was absolutely delicious! The only change I made was to season the shrimp with salt and K Paul's salt free seasoning in the blue can. I'm from New Orleans and you have to do more than just regular pepper! Next time I think I'll use just a little cyanne pepper. One last thing. You don't need the yellow grits for this recipe the white works just fine. I don't even know if they have a yellow quick grits. I couldn't find any. They have it in the regular but that takes too much time to cook and wouldn't work for this recipe.
