Very tasty! My first attempt at making shrimp and grits. I didn’t have any wine so used some extra chicken stock instead. I used fresh chopped parsley instead of chives. I seasoned the shrimp mix with some homemade Cajun seasoning and turned up the heat by adding red pepper flakes.
