Absolutely delicious! I didn't have Shrimp in my freezer so instead I used 1/2 pound of Scallops and 1/2 pound of Lobster. I did use Heavy Cream vice Half & half. The Parmesan Cream sauce is to die for! I can't wait to show off this delicious meal to my friends!

Hubby loved it! I had some spinach that I wanted to use, so I chopped it up and put it in last. Made it more colorful, and delicious. I’m going to try the one-pot method next time.
