    We love this!! Recommended it to our daughter whose husband's only comment was, "WOW!". We always have extra of the salsa, so the third time I made it, we left the avocado out of the salsa and served the avocado as slices. The salsa saved much better without the avocado. Possible try next time: salmon pieces instead of shrimp.

    Tried this with quinoa instead of cous cous and in the oven for about 40 min at 200C instead of on the grill. It was simply outstanding, many thanks!

    Very easy and very tasty meal, I only had pearl couscous, but it was still delicious.
