We love this!! Recommended it to our daughter whose husband's only comment was, "WOW!".
We always have extra of the salsa, so the third time I made it, we left the avocado out of the salsa and served the avocado as slices. The salsa saved much better without the avocado.
Possible try next time: salmon pieces instead of shrimp.

Very easy and very tasty meal, I only had pearl couscous, but it was still delicious.
