- 1 clove garlic (minced + 3 cloves garlic, minced and set aside)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt (to taste)
- 1 lb. linguine pasta
- 6 bacon strips (cut in 1" sections)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs (beaten, I used 3 for the dish in the pictures but it's up to your preference)
- 2/3 cup water (reserved, from the cooked pasta)
- parsley flakes (Additional, for garnish - can be fresh or dried, optional)

what could go wrong with pasta shrimp eggs. i used prosciutto in place of bacon

Yummy! I will definitely have this again. Some green onion or leek would be a good addition. Everyone was happy with this dish.
