Description
I created this recipe for Fish Foody Friday's as a challenge to cook a seafood in parchment paper. The Bearnaise sauce seasoning mix perfectly complemented the Shrimp and Asparagus, making it a lovely light meal or appetizer.

- 1 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined, fresh or frozen)
- 1 lb. asparagus (rinsed and cut into thirds)
- 1/2 pkg. knorr bearnaise sauce mix
- 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions
- Cut parchment paper into heart shaped pieces. set aside.
- Add 1/3 of the shrimp to one side of the paper, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of the dry Bearnaise sauce mix, then top with one third of the asparagus, sprinkle a little more sauce mix on top.
- add one tablespoon butter to the asparagus and shrimp.
