    i didnt have all the ingredints i needed but still turned out great
    Absolutely fantastic!!! The grits and tomato gravy are to die for! We used quick grits without any compromise in the taste or texture. We only made half of the recipe for the two of us and it was just enough. Will definitely make again, and again, and again...

    Exactly what I was hoping it would be. I felt like I was in New Orleans. I followed the recipe mostly but we accidentally got cleaned shrimp so couldn't simmer the stock with the shells. I also didn't use butter at the end because my wife is health conscious but it was still great. The Gouda goes with grits perfectly.
