Great Gumbo. The use of the shrimp shells to flavor the rue was something I had never heard of previously. Highly recommend.

This was a relatively simple recipe but it turned out delicious! My boyfriend ate 3 bowls and that's a huge compliment. :)

This was a very easy meal to make.. it was also so delicious! My husband and I loved it. I can’t wait to make it again for my kids when they come home from college.
