Perfect! This recipe was delicious. My family has requested it every week! The shrimp taste was incredible and I am using it for other recipes as well. Yes to bacon!!!! Reasonable preparation time too. You won’t be disappointed

It was WONDERFUL!
Being from Louisiana, I'm embarrassed to say that I've never tried Shrimp & Grits. Couldn't find stone ground grits so I settled for old fashioned. Pretty much followed everything to a T aside from that. Hubby had his finished WAY before me. Will definitely make AGAIN!
Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Absolutely delicious! Added some Mascarpone to the grits for extra creaminess.

This is the very best version of shrimp and grits ever! The cheese grits were amazing (I did add about 2 tablespoons of room temp cream cheese to the grits though) and the shrimp sautéed in bacon grease elevated this dish way over the top!

I’m not the hugest fan of shrimp & grits but I had both on hand already and it’s a really fast meal. I substituted bacon for andouille sausage. I cooked the corn grits in chicken stock for added flavour. And I also sautéed spinach in with the shrimp for a healthy addition. This is the first shrimp & grits that I would make again.

We have made this several times and we love it. Only difference is we also add our favorite locally made andoui sausage.

It was amazing! I had family over and I was able to flex my skills with this dish. 😉 Delicious and simple! I'll be making again for sure.

This dish was great! My friend and I really enjoyed! Only thing is I used too much cheese, other than that it was delicious!

Good recipe. Be sure to taste the grits to make sure there is another salt and pepper. I added some garlic powder, just because..
Family really enjoyed it and I will for sure be making it again!

Excellent dish. A crowd pleaser. The first time I made it I was in South Carolina where I was able to find stone ground grits. But it was delicious with old fashion grits with the added flavor of shredded cheddar cheese.
