- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (finely chopped canned, I used a little more. We have built up our tolerance for heat)
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 1 head cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 sweet onion (small, thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)

- 12 flour tortillas (6-inch, We like flour tortillas the best, but use whichever you prefer)
