Excellent recipe! I will definitely be making again; however, I will use large shrimp instead of medium and will add a few chipotle chilies to the sour cream verses just one.

This recipe turned out fantastic!! I did not use shrimp skewers. I used a shrimp basket made for grilling. The next time I will grill the tortillas in smaller quantities so they are all a little crispier and use more chipotle peppers in the sour cream!!

Added avocado, Spanish rice, black beans (plain out of a can warmed on stove), and queso fresco. Was delicious!
