Very flavorful. Prepared according to directions ( mostly, read below) and ingredient measurement with exception to salt and pepper which i seasoned a little more generously. In addition, I deleted the cole slaw. I used fresh made flour tortilla instead of corn ( just my preference). I think the key is to use the best quality, freshest shrimp. For this good recipe, I used wild caught, de-veined, head-on shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico. Superb. Overall, great flavor, nice balance, with the acidity and coolness of the sauce tempering the mild spiciness of the shrimp. The sauce gave it a silky mouthfeel and brightness. Quite refreshing. This one made the cut.
