- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil (separated)
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (or use additional olive oil)
- 2 limes (fresh)
- 2 cups green cabbage (shredded)
- 1 avocado (large)
- corn (or flour tortillas)
- 1 lime juiced (and zested, 3 tablespoons juice + 1/2 teaspoon zest)
- 2 cloves garlic (add to desired preference, minced)
- 1/2 cilantro (a large bunch of)
- 1/2 jalapeno (or 1 full jalapeno for a spicier dressing)
- 1/2 cup mayo (regular full fat)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (I use fat-free)

amazing! partner is already requesting them again. I used Greek yogurt instead of mayo. I also added onion and made the onion/cabbage/corn into a pickled slaw with lime and vinegar. very good! the creamy cilantro lime dressing was my favorite part.

Super good!!!! I made the refried beans from scratch with a recipe I found on here too. Everything was so good! Would do again!

This recipe is great! Full of flavour that you can’t get enough of. And best of all it’s quick and easy and my family loves it.

Family loved this. The cilantro sauce is light and fresh, perfect with the spicy shrimp. I tossed out most of the avocado I bought because they were awful but subsututed fresh mango and it worked beautifully. Made this twice this week because it was so good.

Delicious! Marinade is fantastic. The cabbage had spoiled, but we had radish and it worked well as a substitute.

It was great. The sauce was amazing. I used a whole Jalapeño for the sauce and it was the perfect amount of spice.
