Incredibly yummy! I made Saffron rice, and then topped it with the shrimp and corn. Even though I didn't have time to add all the ingredients, it came out delicious! The shrimp had a great flavor with the rice. Very filling too.

Made this to bring to work. Very easy to heat up. i just separated the tomatoes into a separate container until after I heated it up. The rice beans and corn could use a little more seasoning. I would you something that doesn't have a lot of sodium. But overall a good meal prep and healthy. Will make again.

We made this and added fresh avocado and homemade corn tortillas. IT was simple but delicious! Will be in our regular rotation for a while.

This is one of the first time I’ve ever cooked and it turned out amazing! So easy to make I left out the cheese and added mayonnaise instead and it was 10/10 thank you!

Tasty lunch. Easy to put together. Great with salsa topping. Added extra shrimp. Make again.

I love this, I put salsa and sour cream and sometimes a bit of guacamole! Make sure to get pre de-veined and shelled shrimp to make it quicker!

It was very good I didn’t had the chili powder because of the kids but it was still delicious

very easy to make on a busy night...healthy and great flavor.. I added pico de gallo.and serranos for a little more spice. We like spicy food in South Texas.

For me it was a little bland. I added purple onion, and turned the chopped tomato into pico de gallo. Next time I’ll marinate shrimp longer too.
I used quinoa because I didn’t have brown rice and I didn’t want to use white.
