Very good base recipe, but didn’t give 5 stars because of feedback from guests (easily correctable). Could be a French thing because I live in France, but half said not enough sauce, so I will add a bit more mayo next time. I made the mayo from scratch, so I just served the mayo as a side so they could add more according to their liking. Per the suggestion in the directions, I added some spice : dash of mexican seasoning, paprika, and a couple drops of hot sauce. Will definitely make again with some tweaks.
