My first time making this dish and it was delicious. When I added the pasta and sauce ingredients to the pan, I thought it might turn out a little mushy/soupy but it was quickly absorbed by the pasta during cooking. Maybe a little too much since by the second helping (yes they wanted seconds!) it was a little dry. I added some cream to moisten. Next time I will start with more sauce.
