Too much wine that made the “sauce” thin. But, it was still good and I will make it again. There were no leftovers!

It has a nice flavor. Next time I think I will add a little more garlic, salt, and pepper for more flavor. Also, I think I didn't let enough of the wine evaporate. Over all it was tasty. Will try again.

Turned out fantastic. Keys ive found are fresh chopped garlic and taking the time to let the wine reduce.

awesome. added red pepper flakes, chicken stock to make extra sauce and a little flour to thicken it up. success for the whole family!

Used a tad more garlic also as suggested in the comments. Mixed it with pasta. Turned out delicious!

Pasta was a little dry but the shrimp was great. Will definitely try this one again.

Scampi perfection! When wanting a change from my traditional scampi recipe, I scoured so many. I was drawn to this one, and am so happy I decided on it. My husband's general complaints about scampi are "too oily & too much garlic". This was absolutely fabulous, alleviating both of his issues. Thank you for this recipe!!!

My 85 year old father often says, "After eating food for 85 years, nothing tastes good anymore." Well, I made this recipe for him tonight and he told me that it was the best meal he has eaten in a long time. It's a keeper!!!

This recipe was great and so simple! I've made shrimp scampi before and it was oily and bland. This was perfect and even my picky daughters loved it! I served it over angel hair pasta with a side of garlic bread.

This is perfect!! I love shrimp however, sometimes scampi just tastes greasy but this is so perfect!!
