Very good! Didn’t have creole seasoning, so used Cajun (would like to try with blackening seasoning next time). Halved it for 2 people and it was the perfect amount. Quite easy to make.
*Edit: second time made with 1 tsp blackening and that bumped our rating from 4 to 5

Used a bit less garlic for my husband's tastes. It turned out great. My husband liked it which is saying a lot! I will definately make it again.
