    Fine. kinda meh. The shrimp was flavorless. If I make it again, I'm not sure if I'd fry it or even add seasoning; the shrimp was kinda chewy and completely blended in with the roumolade...I MIGHT cook it for 2-3 minutes just to make sure it's 100% defrosted, and to make it warm. That's a big maybe. Other than that, I'd serve it straight. Also - it makes A LOT of roumolade. If I make this again, I would cut it down by 4 (except the mayo; only 1/4 c. mayo)
