great! added left over rotisserie chicken instead of shrimp. will make again

My husband and I really like this! I made sure the vegetables were cooked well. Was pretty easy and quick. Served with French bread and green salad.(but with so many veggies-salad not really needed)).

This was wonderful! I really enjoyed all of the veggies in this dish. Next time I think I will actually make zucchini noodles and omit the pasta. Will definitely make again.
