- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes (dried)
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 lb. large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

- 4 green onions (light and dark green parts, chopped into 1-inch pieces)

This came out excellent! I will definitely be making it again. My sister commented that it was "restaurant style" good. If you double the recipe, make sure you use a big enough pan or wok, and be sure not to overcook the noodles

Yummy, although I overcooked the noodles, should have stopped soaking when they were even more al dente. About half the recommended time on the package would have been better.

This recipe finally got my husband to install an air conditioner in my kitchen. I made, he ate, I quit; due to the kitchen being 102°. 😂 Thank YOU!!! Now I want to do it again without sweating.

Very good flavor.I cut back on the fish and soy sauce and sugar just a little. will double the broccoli next time.

Less fish sauce 4 tbsp and added some chilli sauce 1tbsp also marinated the shrimp in lime, garlic, ginger and chilli flakes and it was Delish!
