Even better than the Asian spots I have frequented. I liked that it tasted like the real thing but I could give it even more zing😊‼️

Delicious. I did combine 2 recipes and came up with this. Cook enough pasta for 2 servings. Vegetables: carrots, cabbage and peas. Fish: shrimp and bay scallops to equal 16oz. Sauce: 1/8 cups oyster sauce, 1/8 cups soy sauce, 1 cup chicken broth, 2 Tbsp cornstarch, 1 heavy tsp ground ginger. 3-4 cloves of garlic minced.
Mix garlic in fish and sauté in vegetable oil. Remove fish, add vegetables with more oil. Add sauce mixture and toss. Add fish and pasta.
