Very good and easy! I added some shallots before the garlic and some butter once the wine reduced some to give it something extra. Parsley and tomato are a must for the freshness. Prep and cooktime took about 30 minutes total so great for a weeknight. Just use a cheap Sauvignon Blanc for the wine!
