    Turned out great. You can do all kinds of variations, but gives you a good base to start with.

    My family really enjoyed this recipe! We used a store bought creole seasoning, in place of the Emeril's Bayou, and shredded chicken for the smoked meat portion. It still turned out wonderful. We served it with white rice for dinner. Definite must try.
