The family loved it! I added cubed chicken breast and ham to the recipe. It turned out great.

I’ve used this recipe with shrimp, beef, and tofu. Great tasting and easy to make - thank you!

I made without the shrimp and still delicious. I doubled the sesame and soy out of preference. Family loved it.

Delicious! Did a double batch in the wok. Also made rice just a few hours in advance and chilled in fridge. Leftover rice would definitely work better!

Turned out really well. Would suggest more soy and sesame than suggested but other than that, recipe was perfect.

Very good…I have a wok and this is a super easy recipe and tastes just like takeout. I will make again. I used sweet onion instead of green onion. Would taste just as good using leftover chicken.

This was very tasty, I didn't use any cornstarch though but it still came out great.

I’’ve made this dish several times; it is super easy and turns out well every time. Sometimes, I add a bit more peas, carrots and shrimp, and even add some cubed chicken. My husband prefers less sesame oil but I love it. Thanks for the good tip re 1-2 day old rice; it makes a huge difference.
