Kids loved it! I thought it was a little dry. My youngest requested I add more veggies next time- I think I might try mushrooms.

Turned out great!! I may grill some chicken to top it off with next time but it’s definitely a keeper!

So easy! As a single person, I only did one cup of rice instead of 6. That would have been a lot! I'll definitely make it again. Yum!

Great recipe! I made this with half Jasmine rice and half long grain brown rice. My boys and husband loved it! Nice healthy option for dinner!
