Great. Very tasty with just the right amount of spice. Added salt & pepper to vegetables as they were cooking but otherwise followed the recipe.

I've made this dish twice now. My husband and I love it! We add a few extra toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream.

Super Yum! Recipe is perfect as is. This does have a little heat to it. I topped it with 0% fat Greek yogurt & cilantro
